Let’s get running!

ACKNOWLEDGING THE RISING COST OF LIVING AND THE IMPACT IT IS HAVING WE HAVE DECIDED TO MAKE THE COURSE FREE OF CHARGE. PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM AND SUBMIT AS  NORMAL.

Want to start running but not sure how…. come and join our lovely, friendly sociable C25K group and let us help to support you on your running journey.

We want you to love running as much as we do! Our next course is starting on the 9th January.

We start every course by spending the first few weeks at Dorchester Rugby Club to help you gain confidence before we hit the streets of Dorchester.  We have a private WhatsApp support group where we will post weekly homework and you can gain support from our friendly team and like-minded people. You will need to get out at least twice a week for the best chance at success. Doing it in a group means you can arrange for people to go out and run with, gain that bit of encouragement when you don’t feel like it and celebrate your successes!

Your course ends with a celebration on the 22nd March –  we have our Graduation parkrun on The Great Field so be sure to keep that date free!
