Happy New Year! It’s fair to say the new year has brought yet more challenges as we continue to stay at home in order to protect the NHS and save lives. Despite this, your motivation has not been dampened and January brought so many PBs amongst the club that this month’s blog is a PB special!

Well done also to Emma Willcock for completing her target of 50 miles for the month, and Rob Scott who clocked up 100 miles. Katie and Peter Smith kicked off their Lands End to John O’Groat’s challenge, and Andy Mutter took part in the “Park of Attrition” virtual event, running 100 miles via laps of Lodmoor Country Park – that’s one extreme park run!
As February arrives it brings with it extended daylight hours, hinting that Spring is well and truly on its way. Happy running everyone!
